Shyama Foundation

Shyama Foundation is a registered non-governmental, non-profit, organization founded by a group of committed individuals from all walks of life and professional backgrounds who have taken a pledge to give their bit to the society to which they owe. The foundation’s sole focus is to serve kids from underprivileged and disenfranchised communities. The fact that 2 million
children in India die before their first birthday due to lack of medical facilities calls for our unwavering commitment to provide basic healthcare to children from economically and socially disadvantaged families irrespective of their gender, caste, or religion. We believe by doing this
work we are fulfilling our mandatory social responsibility.
   Founded in 2010
Shyama Foundation’s mission is to serve as a community health service provider to BPL (below poverty line) families by providing basic health care services such as regular health check ups, out-patient services, and general health education. It will not only provide access to basic medical facilities but also create awareness on hygiene and educate the population in taking preventive measures to stay healthy, which is crucial in sustaining or enhancing the overall quality of life. Our mission is to give young children a healthy better future and a hope to
transform themselves.
